Selling Vehicles requires advertising, sourcing inventory, salesmanship, consumer education and a general positive energy atmosphere conducive to sales. While they are the exact same customers, unfortunately sometimes customers have life events, loss of job, and other factors that cause them to not pay on time or at all. This conversation is sometimes difficult and potentially very direct. While any finance company should engage in a highly professional manor, using compassion and empathy, sometimes the customer does not return the same courtesy. And while everyone has had a bad day before, you simply don’t want those bad days on the showroom floor.
